Memorial gathering

All our packages include

  • 1 soft drink, mineral water, light beer or alcohol-free beer per person from the drinks trolley

Package 1 – Shrimp sandwich SEK 365
Rye bread with dill mayonnaise, hand-peeled shrimp, pickled red onion, egg and leaf salad.

Package 2 – Open sandwich platter SEK 375
Classic open sandwich platter with salmon, egg, Skagen mix, charcuterie, cheese, melon and garnish.

Package 4 – Caesar salad SEK 389
Classic Caesar salad with chicken, crispy bacon, romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan and Caesar dressing.

Sliced braised beef with cream sauce, blackcurrant jelly, pickled cucumber, lightly fried vegetables and boiled potatoes.

Package 6 – Pork tenderloin SEK 469 (min. 15 pers.)
Pork tenderloin with mushroom & red wine sauce, potato gratin, oven-baked pointed cabbage and glazed red onion.

Package 7 – Hot-smoked salmon fillet SEK 479 (min. 15 pers.)
Hot-smoked salmon with creamy roe sauce, buttered broccoli and dill-boiled potatoes.

Package 8 – Cod loin SEK 525 (min. 15 pers.)
Oven-baked cod loin with white wine sauce, mashed potato and roasted fennel & leek.

Package 9 – Veal sirloin SEK 555 (min. 15 pers.)
Veal sirloin with Madeira sauce, potato cake, baked celeriac and butter-fried savoy cabbage.

Package 10 – Vegetarian main course SEK 439 (min. 15 pers.)
Risotto with Portobello mushroom, oven-roasted cauliflower & parsnip, roasted walnuts and browned butter with lemon & thyme.

Vegetarian or vegan alternatives can be offered; we adapt the meal to the chosen package.

  • Any cake from Konditori Christin in Karlshamn – For a choice of 2 kinds of cake +SEK 39/person
  • Sticky chocolate cake with lightly whipped cream & honey-roasted hazelnuts
  • Vanilla ice cream with warm forest berries
  • Two kinds of biscuits – For additional kinds, +SEK 35/biscuit is charged
  • Vanilla panna cotta with fresh berries and rhubarb sauce +SEK 25/person
  • Whey-butter ice cream with cloudberry compote and almond crisp +SEK 40/person

Children

  • Children under 13: SEK 250
  • All dishes served to children aged 13 or older are charged at the price of the chosen package, regardless of whether the child wants something else.
  • A changing table and a separate room for breastfeeding are available
  • The number of children must be stated when booking.

Allergies and intolerances

  • State allergies or intolerances when ordering and we will arrange good alternatives.

Important information

  • Because the kitchen opens specially for memorial gatherings, the same package must be chosen for the entire party; this also applies to cake and dessert
  • The prices apply Monday to Friday until 16.00
  • From 16.00 on weekdays and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, 20% is added – a minimum of 20 guests then also applies

 

Accommodation at Port Hotel

We offer overnight stays in connection with a memorial gathering; this provides a smooth and peaceful arrangement for guests coming from out of town.
Guests attending a memorial gathering are offered 15% off our room and apartment prices. 1 child under 13 stays free in the parents’ room.
